Chief Operations Officer

James was appointed the Chief Operations Officer of Kantar’s consumer insights businesses in January 2016.

Prior to this, James spent three years as the Global Operations Director at Kantar Worldpanel followed by seven years as the Global Operations Director for Kantar TNS. In both these roles James has driven the adoption of technology in support of best practice, driving quality, speed and efficiency in the operations processes. James spent his early career with the consumer insights team at Tesco and in retail account management roles at Information Resources.
