Client Services
Our client service teams are responsible for winning and handling the work we do for many of the world's biggest brands. We provide strategic advice and practical solutions to help our clients understand how their brands work and what they can do to make them more successful. Our client service positions range from directors who lead multinational accounts to account managers, and support staff. Everyone is based within a core team but may work across several client accounts.

Marketing Sciences
Marketing sciences is the department that develops, applies and interprets a wide range of descriptive, modeling, segmentation and other statistical techniques. Our clients seek to understand information such as: 

  • How do I design the ideal branded value proposition to achieve the greatest performance improvements?
  • Which segments are the best targets, and how do I reach them? 
  • How does my advertising influence customers at different stages of the purchase process?
  • How should I allocate my marketing resources to achieve the best customer response and financial returns?

Operations

  • Our operational teams are the people that obtain the information needed to help our clients understand their marketing challenges. Employing a wide range of sophisticated techniques, the team covers everything from organizing samples to preparing questionnaires, interviewing and data processing.

Research Executive-Quant定量研究员
Qualification:

  • At least 15 months to 2-year experience in Client Service;
  • Proven knowledge of marketing research ; Strong analytical skills ;
  • Developing ability to build strong client relationships ;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ;
  • Commercial awareness ; Excellent command of English, both written.

Senior Research Executive-Quant高级定量研究员 
Qualification: 

  • At least 3-year experience in Client Service ;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times ;

Account Mananger-Quant定量研究经理

  • At least 5 years experience in Client Service ;

  • Developing skills in the development of business ;

  • anticipates and resolves issues relating to support department operations and maintains quality control ; 
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communications skills ;
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English and Chinese.

R&D Analyst分析员
Responsibilities : 

  • Provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing analysis and models and running quantitative solution projects using their data or other data as appropriate;
  • Develop capability to answer the different marketing questions and advise analytical approaches;
  • Liaise with other teams to get demands and explain delivered results.

Qualification:

  • University degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology background) ;
  • Accomplished at working on statistical software (SPSS ) ;
  • Experience of working on regression diagnostics and an understanding of regression statistics ;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel essential (Formatting, manipulating large files into workable formats);
  • Programming in Visual basic VBA would be desirable, but not essential ;
  • Some media (planning, buying or research) experience desirable but not essential ;
  • Knowledge of the media market landscape will be desirable ;
  • Adept at working on respondent level data (Understanding the nuances of coding, re-coding, creating and transforming variables) ;
  • Exposure to tracking data desirable (Having worked with Ad / brand tracker and copy testing) ;
  • Ability to organise and accurately interpret data with a keen eye for detail;
  • Must be proficient in writing and spoken English. 

Research Associate助理研究员 
Overall responsibility : 
The Research Associate (RA) is part of the Client Service team in their office and in a larger office will belong to a specific Client Service Team. Their primary responsibility is to provide support to senior managers in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and running projects. They are learning on the job the basic skills of market research in Client Service under close supervision from their manager and senior account team members.

Qualification:

  • University degree;
  • Strong interest in marketing (research) knowledge;
  • Solid analytical skills;Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times;Supports team leaders to complete projects based on client requirements and provides day to day administrative assistance to senior team members;
  • Demonstrates familiarity with computer programs;

Junior Tabulator初级数据分析员 
工作职责:

  • 理解并遵守公司项目操作规范及流程;
  • 理解Link, Preview, DIP 项目类型对数据的要求;
  • 负责利用Quantum/SPSS, 按照客户要求提交数据或数据报告,包括:定义数据录入格式,编写查错程序,数据检查,编写报告程序,生成数据报告并检查数据报告准确性及合理性及英文拼写;
  • 与项目各环节人员沟通, 了解项目进展情况, 解决本环节遇到的问题;在指定的时间内提交数据及数据报告;
  • 负责对涉及与项目相关文件的归档(包括电子版问卷、数据、程序)。

任职资格:

  • 统计、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,懂编程者优先考虑;
  • 英语4级以上,有一定阅读和写作能力;
  • 熟练掌握运用Quantum/SPSS/SAS数据分析软件;
  • 责任感及保密意识强;
  • 良好的沟通和服务精神,适应在压力下工作。

Junior Coding Supervisor初级编码督导
工作职责: 

  • 掌握客户的规范操作程序及市场调研项目类型的编码规范,符合ISO20252的要求;
  • 与研究部、项目管理部沟通,理解项目执行要求;
  • 负责项目中英文编码表的建立(按照客户的要求);
  • 进行项目编码安排及质量控制,确保编码结果准时准确;
  • 参与编码员月费用结算;
  • 参与编码员日常管理工作(培训编码员、抽查编码质量等)。

任职资格:

  • 本科以上学历,有相关文字编码经验者优先考虑,应届毕业生也可考虑;
  • 较强的文字理解力和逻辑思维能力;
  • 英语4级水平,有一定阅读和写作能力;熟练运用office 软件;
  • 具有沟通能力和一定的管理协调能力(负责对兼职编码员的管理);
  • 具有较强的责任感、工作细致认真;
  • 具有高度的保密意识。
