Educational Backgrounds

We recruit people at different stages in their career and with different levels of educational backgrounds. Exciting career opportunities exist at each level. See below for the level of education closest to yours:

Bachelor's degree: Many of our new recruits come straight out of a top-notch undergraduate program, or with 1-2 years of experience. People at this stage typically enter our Analyst or Consultant positions. These levels provide a solid foundation in business, brand and marketing, and a firm grounding in the consulting toolkit. There are also many opportunities to learn from our more experienced team members. Given our entrepreneurial culture, even our youngest team members are expected to stretch into leadership roles and quickly assume some managerial responsibilities.

MBAs and other Advanced degrees: If you are graduating from a leading masters' program, or have at least 4-6 years of experience, you would typically join more senior levels, such as Associate, or Director. These levels provide significant opportunities to develop into leaders, to make a solid impact at clients, and to develop trusted relationships with senior client team members. A career at Millward Brown Optimor provides people at this level with more in-depth business and brand skills, and sets them on a path to industry leadership.

Experienced Hires or Doctorate's: We are always looking for industry-wide experts and cutting-edge thinkers and sometimes hire directly into our VP or SVP positions. These levels offer opportunities for practice stewardship, thought leadership, and functional expertise. Our flexible structure enables more experienced team members to pursue their passions and open new paths for the practice.
