At Millward Brown Optimor we look for the most talented individuals
to join our team. We strive to find those people that will be the right
match, because then our three people objectives will materialize: to
have the greatest possible impact with our clients, to have the most
high-performing teams, and to have fun. We understand that the life of a
consultant is highly rewarding and highly stretching. So finding the
right fit is as important to our people as it is for our firm.
The first step for you is to learn as much as possible what we do,
how we do it, and who we are. That will allow you to identify whether
Millward Brown Optimor will fulfill your interests.
If you love what we do, the second step is to submit your resume with
a cover letter. Your resume and cover letter should be an accurate
reflection of who you are, your experiences, your interests, your
strengths, and your aspirations.
Submit your resume by email to: Jonathan.Tamblyn@millwardbrown.com
Please indicate in your cover letter the role that you are applying
for. We treat all information confidentially, and will not use it for
any other purposes other than consideration of you as a candidate for
employment. Your information will be kept on our employment records if
you do become an employee of Millward Brown Optimor.
The next step is the interview. During the interview you find out
more about us and we find out more about you. During the interview you
are asked questions about your past experiences, your objectives for the
future and how you think Millward Brown Optimor fits in with your goals
and interests.
During the interview you will also be asked to solve a case. With the
case we are trying to assess how you tackle complex or ambiguous
business problems, how you structure your thinking, how comfortable you
are with ambiguity and with partial information, how well you
communicate your thinking, and how analytically inclined you are. The
case is a mini-version of a typical Optimor engagement, so it provides
you with an opportunity to tangibly explore what we do at work every
day.
During the interview you will also be allocated time to ask questions
to our consultants, to explore the position further. Interviews
typically go in rounds, and a successful candidate will have seen
several people and have had several perspectives of who we are.
Interviews can be laid back or challenging, just like our engagements
and our clients can be.
