Client Services
Our client service teams are responsible for winning and handling the work we do for many of the world's biggest brands. We provide strategic advice and practical solutions to help our clients understand how their brands work and what they can do to make them more successful.
Our client service positions range from directors who lead multinational accounts to account managers, and support staff. Everyone is based within a core team but may work across several client accounts.
Marketing Sciences
Marketing sciences is the department that develops, applies and interprets a wide range of descriptive, modeling, segmentation and other statistical techniques. Our clients seek to understand information such as:
- How do I design the ideal branded value proposition to achieve the greatest performance improvements?
- Which segments are the best targets, and how do I reach them?
- How does my advertising influence customers at different stages of the purchase process?
- How should I allocate my marketing resources to achieve the best customer response and financial returns?
Operations
Our operational teams are the people that obtain the information needed to help our clients understand their marketing challenges. Employing a wide range of sophisticated techniques, the team covers everything from organizing samples to preparing questionnaires, interviewing and data processing.

Corporate
Our corporate function is made up of professionals in IT, HR, Finance, Marketing Communications and Facilities.
There are a wide range of roles within each function from software development and systems support in IT, to recruitment and training in HR. Finance includes strategic functions such as planning and budgeting through to processing invoices and payroll. Marketing roles focus on communications, public relations, advertising and the development of sales materials and the company's websites. Facilities functions include building management to maintenance and health and safety.
